This page contains general FAQs that apply to all of the software.
1. What is the .NET Framework and why do I need it?
The Framework is produced by Microsoft, and comes with Windows Vista or Visual Studio 2005. You can get it free from the Microsoft Website, or on the installation disc for your software. It is needed to run some modern software.
2. Why does the installer say that the software is not recognized?
The ClickOnce installer will say that most publishers are unrecognized. In order to install the software, click to install anyway.
3. I have submitted my registration details, but I have not yet recieved a response.
Be patient. Registration should normally be completed within 48 hours. See the registration page for details.
