That's ok. It's really quick and easy.
Step 1: DownloadFirst, you need to download the software. Then, you can install it.

When you've chosen the software you want, you will be asked to read (and agree to) the terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you cannot download the software.
Once you agree, you will see a a box like this:
Click "Save". Choose a place to save the file. It doesn't really matter where.
Your computer will download the file. It will tell you when it's finished. When it is, go to step 2.
